About The Band
Our Story
Emerging from Griffin, Georgia, and tearing through the Atlanta club circuit, Concrete Parachute delivers an impact-driven blend of melodic heavy rock. Fusing heavy riffage with clean, dual-lead vocal hooks, the four-piece captures the punchy aggression of early A Day to Remember alongside the driving dynamic weight of Chevelle.
The band features co-lead vocalists Chad Askew (lead guitar) and Brandon Halvorsen (rhythm guitar), grounded by bassist Josh Hollums and drummer Michael Hayes, who brings proven stage experience from his time in Reaching for Resolve. Together, Concrete Parachute bridges the gap between metalcore intensity and punk-rock momentum without relying on harsh vocals—creating heavy, atmospheric rock that stays relentlessly catchy.
